Welfare and Safeguarding

At Kingfisher Harriers we take the welfare and wellbeing of members very seriously.  We aim to provide an environment where people feel safe and are able to participate in club events without being subject to any form of harassment, bullying, verbal or physical abuse or excessive pressure.

Welfare covers a wide range of issues such as safeguarding children and adults, anti-bullying, equality, poor practice in coaching and leading as well as disciplinary and grievance matters.
