Trial Membership – Thinking of joining?
You are entitled to a free 4-week trial period, enter your details in this form by clicking here and enter the club code 5f03808f. Once complete download the ConnectMyClub app and register using your email address. You will be free to attend any sessions (no cost) during your trial. You will be prompted near the end of your 4-week trial that it is coming to an end, if you wish to confirm your membership you will then be able to pay through the app.
Membership details
Annual membership runs from April through to March the following year and is a one-off payment, there are no additional fees for any sessions, attend as many as you like.
Membership Categories
Adult (18+) – For members aged 18 and over.
Junior (Under 18) – For members under 18. If you will turn 18 during the membership year, select Adult (18+).
Student – For students only. Proof is required via an email from a registered academic institution, send details here Contact Us.
Leader / Coach – For active club leaders and coaches. Inactive or former leaders and coaches should select Adult (18+).
Club Founder – For the small group who helped establish the club. If unsure whether this applies to you, it probably does not. Send any queries here Contact Us.
Core Team – For current executive core team members, as listed in the ‘Meet the Committee’ section of the app.
All categories include an optional ‘plus EA Affiliation’ add-on. This provides England Athletics affiliation as a competitive athlete. If you do not choose this, you will be registered with England Athletics as a Social Athlete.
Membership Fees
Adult membership is £15 per year (2025/26), this is for social membership only and does not include England Athletics affiliation.
England Athletics affiliation is an additional £20 per year (2025/26), this is paid to EA and Kingfisher Harriers receive none of this. (England Athletics affiliation will increase to £21 (tbc) per year (2026/27))
Free memberships are available for eligible students (proof required) and junior members aged under 18.

We prefer it if you can pay membership through the App. However, if you cannot use this method please make contact and we will assist with other methods.
