Trial Membership – Thinking of joining?
You are entitled to a free 4-week trial period, enter your details in this form by clicking here and enter the club code 5f03808f. Once complete download the ConnectMyClub app and register using your email address. You will be free to attend any sessions (no cost) during your trial. You will be prompted near the end of your 4-week trial that it is coming to an end, if you wish to confirm your membership you will then be able to pay through the app.
Membership details
Membership runs on a fixed annual basis from 1 April to 31 March.
If you join or renew part way through the year, your membership will still end on 31 March. The membership fee is a one-off payment, there are no additional fees for any sessions, attend as many as you like.
Membership categories
Adult (18+) - For members aged 18 and over.
Junior (Under 18) - For members under 18. If you will turn 18 during the membership year, select Adult (18+).
Student - For mature students only. Proof is required via an email from a registered academic institution, sent to secretary@kingfisherharriers.com

Leader / Coach - For active club leaders and coaches. To qualify, you must have led at least one club session in the last three months. Membership is free. Inactive or former leaders and coaches should not select this category.
Leader / Coach (Casual or Standby) - For partially active leaders and coaches. This applies if you have led at least one club session in the last six months but not within the last three months. Membership is offered at a discounted rate. Inactive or former leaders and coaches should select Adult (18+).
Club Founder - For the small group who helped establish the club. If you are unsure whether this applies to you, it probably does not. Direct any queries to secretary@kingfisherharriers.com

Core Team - For current executive committee members, as listed in the Meet the Committee section of the app.
Bromsgrove School Junior - For students of Bromsgrove School only who use the club for England Athletics affiliation purposes and do not attend club sessions. Students attending regular club sessions should select Junior (Under 18).
England Athletics affiliation - All categories include an optional plus EA Affiliation add on. This provides England Athletics affiliation as a competitive athlete. Members who do not select this option will be registered as Social Athletes. EA affiliation cost for 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 is £23 per athlete.
Membership Fees
Adult membership is £25 per year (2026/27), this is for social membership only and does not include England Athletics affiliation.
Junior membership is £15 per year (2026/27), this is for social membership only and does not include England Athletics affiliation.
Casual / Standby leaders and coaches get a discounted membership of £15 per year (2026/27), this is for social membership only and does not include England Athletics affiliation.
England Athletics affiliation is an additional £23 per year (2026/27), this is paid to EA and Kingfisher Harriers receive none of this.
England Athletics affiliation usually increases each year in April
Free memberships are available for active leaders and eligible mature students (proof required).

We prefer it if you can pay membership through the App. However, if you cannot use this method please make contact and we will assist with other methods.
